Confidential counselling in German or English

• We advise all members of the university
• If you have experienced discrimination or have observed it in a university context
• Online and, if desired, anonymously via the chat function of the contact portal
• A personal meeting can be arranged at any time during the process
• Your concerns will be treated confidentially, the counsellors are obliged to maintain confidentiality
• Even if you are not sure yourself whether your behaviour towards another person was transgressive, we are available to advise you anonymously

 

Support through initial counselling

• Help with assessing what you have experienced
• Pointing out options for action and support options
• Should you wish to take further steps, we will accompany you through the process
• Information and support in the event of a possible complaint

• Two full-time counsellors at the Helpdesk: We manage the contact portal, which you can use to contact us (anonymously)

Further decentralised contact persons for anti-discrimination with different professional backgrounds, who act independently in their roles.

Report discrimination online: We can advise you anonymously via the chat function of the online portal of the Anti-Discrimination Helpdesk. You can also opt for a personal meeting at any time.
