but a gift that can be taken away from any of us at any time. Let us include the disabled and their relatives in our lives in a completely natural way. Let us give them the certainty that we belong together.

The Disability Representatives Office is responsible for all matters relating to severely disabled employees under Sozialgesetzbuch IX (SGB IX), formerly the Severely Disabled Persons Act.
Its primary task is to represent the interests of severely disabled employees vis-à-vis the organisation and to provide assistance - for the benefit of each individual and the community.
It is essential that all types of severe disabilities are accepted and that every recruitment is checked to see whether the position can be filled by a severely disabled person.
