05.05.2025Are you passionate about food innovation and creating healthier products without compromising flavor? Join the TalTech internship program to work on food reformulation, developing new food products with reduced salt and sugar content while maintaining excellent flavor and taste. TalTech University is looking for Master’s students currently studying in one of the following fields: Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Food Nutrition. You will be involved in hands-on research and product development aimed at reformulating food products for improved health profiles. The key objective is to decrease salt and sugar content while preserving or enhancing the sensory quality and flavor of the final product. The internship is unpaid and planned for the period end of August - December 2025.
