“Why should we hire you?” A convincing answer starts with knowing your own skills and the value you bring.

In this interactive workshop, students discover their professional and personal strengths and learn how to communicate them convincingly. Instead of simply repeating their CV during an interview, participants learn how to use concrete examples and stories to demonstrate the value they can bring to a company and a team.

Students develop value-based arguments, practise their self-presentation and apply their new skills in practical exercises and simulations. They also learn how to respond more confidently to objections and challenging statements.
