On 16 April 2026, from 16.00 to 19.30, the International Office is hosting a welcome event for all international students. Anyone interested can get to know the city better on a guided tour and then join the welcome reception with refreshments at the Neue Uni.

Dear Students,

We would like to invite you to our welcome get together that will take place on 16th of April. We will start with a guided tour to get to know better the city centre of Würzburg and then the tour will end at Sanderring 2, where we will welcome you with some snacks and some non alcoholic drinks to a small get together (free of charge). 16-17:30 Guided city tour (in Englisch and in German available, free of charge)
17:30-19:30 Get together & Snacks (Sanderring 2, Aula)
