The SFT offers an info session on the European Research Council (ERC) grants scheme for JMU researchers who are considering an application.

The highly competitive European Research Council grants provide funding for pioneering frontier research projects. A new round of calls for the ERC Starting, Consolidator and Advanced Grants opens in 2021 with the launch of the new European framework programme "Horizon Europe" (2021-2027).

This info session is for JMU researchers who are thinking about applying to the grants scheme and would like to find out more about the programme. Anna Rosenfeldt, research support officer at the university's Service Centre for Research and Technology Transfer (SFT), will provide an overview of the Starting, Consolidator and Advanced Grant schemes, proposal format and evaluation criteria. And, of yourse, participants will also have the opportunity to ask questions.

The session will be held in English.
