TaC Award
Make the commitment of your P-seminar worthy of an award!
The TaC Award honours outstanding P-seminar projects at secondary schools in Lower Franconia that are oriented towards the common good. We are looking for projects that tackle social or ecological challenges creatively and responsibly, in the spirit of social and ecological entrepreneurship.
What is the TaC Award?
The TaC Award has been presented since 2024 by the Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg in cooperation with the office of the ministerial representative for grammar schools in Lower Franconia.
The aim is to encourage pupils to take responsibility and make a positive contribution to school, society or the environment with innovative ideas.
The award-winning projects are based on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations' Agenda 2030 - for example in the areas of education, climate protection or social justice. The prize is endowed with a total of 500 euros.
This is what you can win:
- First place: 250 euros
- 1st place: 150 euros
- First place: 100 euros
The winning teams also benefit from
- public recognition
- certificate
- Visibility in the school and regional context
Who can take part?
All P-seminars at grammar schools in Lower Franconia are eligible to take part.
Projects from the fields of education, environment and society can be submitted. Challenges from these areas should be solved creatively with social entrepreneurial thinking and action.
Both completed projects from the 2024/2025 school year - repeated submissions are possible - and projects from the 2025/2026 school year will be considered. Several projects from one school can be submitted.
