Information on the YES Train-the-Trainer and Train-the-Scout training programmes

The Young Entrepreneurs in Science (YES) network will also offer exciting training opportunities in 2026 for everyone who wants to connect science and entrepreneurship:

YES Scout: In the Train-the-Scout training programme, you learn how to identify talent, evaluate ideas emerging from research, and support innovation projects. In addition to input on talent sourcing, scouting, networking, and coaching, you will develop your own project and become part of a nationwide network. Participation is free of charge and requires no prior experience.

  • YES-Trainer: Im Train-the-Trainer-Programm wirst du als Mitarbeiter:in an Gründungszentren und Graduiertenkollegs des YES Partnernetzwerks zum zertifizierten YES-Trainer ausgebildet. Du lernst, die Inhalte der YES-Workshops spielerisch zu vermitteln und sicher vor Publikum aufzutreten. Das Programm kombiniert Präsenzveranstaltungen in Berlin mit Online-Trainings, schließt mit einem Zertifikat ab und bietet Zugang zu exklusiven Materialien. Auch hier ist die Teilnahme kostenlos.
