Jubilarfeier 2026
Come and celebrate with US!
In 2026, the University and the University Alumni Association will once again warmly invite all graduates who left the University 15, 25 or 50 years ago to a specially organised anniversary celebration, ‘Back to Uni Würzburg’!
On Saturday 24 October 2026, the event will take place in the Central Seminar and Lecture Theatre Building (Z6) on the Hubland campus
A supporting programme, including a guided tour for all children, is still being organised.
Representatives from all faculties will be on hand after the ceremony to provide information and/or guided tours of the faculties. A photographer will be taking souvenir photos.
The contribution towards the costs of the celebration is 15 euros.

After the ceremony, you’ll have the opportunity in the foyer to have souvenir photos taken in your academic gown with our photographer, alumna Carolin Maas, and to catch up on the latest news from your former faculty at the faculty tables. Guided tours start at 4.30 pm; meeting points are the respective faculty tables.
