Staff training and development is one of the main responsibilities of executive staff. We help staff in leadership roles to identify what professional skills the members of their teams will need to develop in order to be able to meet the evolving demands of their jobs, in accordance with the strategic objectives of the University, competently, efficiently and in a manner that promotes their health and wellbeing. We develop opportunities for personal and organisational learning.
