Internship Transfer

For more than three years, the Career Centre has accompanied the Mercator Foundation-funded project "Making better use of the potential of student internships - a nationwide desideratum in higher education" in various conferences. The aim here was to develop an interactive model to promote transfer competence in an internship - transferable to other universities. The model develops the internship into a teaching-learning instrument and takes into account the perspectives of students, teachers and employers. A special guideline was developed for teachers to support students in integrating transfer in an internship into their courses. Click here  for the guide.
