Get involved at the Career Centre
With us at the Career Centre, you can gain work experience as a student employee (m/f/d) or as an intern (m/f/d).
We offer two formats for internships: Semester-long as a marketing intern, you will support us in becoming better known within the university. As part of a full-time internship, you will gain insights into our daily work and take on a variety of tasks.
The Career Centre at the University of Würzburg is looking for an assistant (m/d/w) to strengthen our team starting in the fall.
- The working hours are 5 hours per week. The salary is according to TV-L.
- The applicant (m/f/w) will support our team in day-to-day operations.
Tasks include:
- Supporting website maintenance (with TYPO 3)
- Co-supervision of the social media channels
- Supporting the team at trade fairs and events
- Creating presentations and seminar materials as instructed
Requirements:
- Basic TYPO 3 knowledge
- confident handling of social media (Facebook and Instagram)
- good handling of word processing programs and Indesign/Photoshop
- preferably students of media communication
- Willingness to take advanced training (especially Adobe Indesign, Photoshop).
Severely disabled persons will be given preference in the event of essentially equal suitability, ability and professional performance.

What we offer

- Preferably students of media communication
