Facilitators Training - Get trained as a moderator for intercultural dialogs!

Online Dialogue Training from August 2024- Registration is open!

Facilitators (online moderators) are trained as part of the CliVEx project. This further training in the field of communication gives you the opportunity to engage intensively with communication and the topic of climate change/climate justice and to actively shape dialogs on this and other topics.

In the trainings, you will learn key skills to facilitate constructive group engagement (online and offline) that promotes awareness of your group and the ability to learn from differences. You will be equipped with tools to address different group dynamics, have difficult conversations and foster empathy through authentic communication. Participants have the opportunity to practice their newly acquired skills afterwards by engaging as a Facilitator in a Virtual Exchange.
