CHARM EU: Inter-University Teaching Programmes Wanted
10/21/2025As part of the CHARM-EU network, it is still possible to submit courses for the Transnational Online Learning (TOL) offer in the summer semester 2026 until 9 November 2025.
TOL is a joint online teaching programme of the European CHARM-EU alliance, in which nine European partners are involved. It enables students to attend courses at other CHARM universities online - without physical mobility, but with international learning experience and ECTS credit transfer as a rule.
The aim is to offer our students a greater variety of topics and transnational perspectives - at the same time, lecturers can make their teaching more visible internationally and reach students from other countries.
Requirements for Course Submission
- The course is part of an accredited BA/MA/PhD programme or can be offered as an additional module with a certificate.
- Language of instruction: English, German, French or Spanish
- Course takes place fully online or in hybrid format (our regular students on site, TOL students online)
- Course is accessible via a learning platform (Moodle, Teams, etc.)
- Interactive teaching formats are desirable (e.g. group work, discussions, joint projects)
- Course content should take up international and intercultural perspectives wherever possible
Courses in the areas of sustainability & climate change, digital skills & technology, entrepreneurship & innovation, European values & culture and transversal skills (e.g. critical thinking, communication) are particularly in demand
