    Conflict Counseling Center

    Many conflicts can be resolved quickly with a courageous approach; they often turn out to be simple misunderstandings. Sometimes, however, you find yourself in a conflict situation whose complexity or emotionality is overwhelming.

    As an independent contact point for employees and leaders, the Conflict Counseling Center informs and advises employees of the University of Würzburg on how to deal with conflicts.

    The Conflict Counseling Center

    •     offers individual and personal advice on dealing with conflicts
    •     clarifies the situation
    •     provides confidential and open-ended advice
    •     provides support for further steps
    •     moderates conflict discussions in individual cases
    •     can go beyond voluntary counseling and invite you to a conflict resolution meeting
    •     invite
    •     arranges conflict moderation and coaching

    In addition to specific conflict counseling, the Conflict Counseling Center also provides support on issues relating to conflict prevention (communication, teamwork and leadership behavior) and psychological stress.

    Counseling is always confidential. Counseling sessions are also available in English.
