Applications to the committees

Applications must be submitted to the Academic Committees Office no later than 14 days before the meeting of the respective committee.

All information and documents supporting the applications should also be submitted to the Academic Committee Office and the relevant specialised units by this time at the latest, so that the statements of the relevant specialised units on these applications (submission reports) can be made known to the members of the respective committee together with the corresponding application at least one week before the committee meeting.

If applications as well as corresponding information and documents are not received 14 days before the respective committee meeting, it cannot be guaranteed that they can be dealt with at the meeting.
