A.3 - Quality Management, Organisational Development & Campus Management
Good quality in all service areas of the university is a cross-sectional task that is supported by Unit A.3 in a service-orientated and scientifically based manner. In the context of the quality management system , we ensure that instruments and processes for quality development interact in a targeted manner. We promote university-wide dialogue on quality, standards and methods. We support the regular discussion of quality-relevant results by networking stakeholders and processing data and information.
Due to internal developments and external influences, the university is in a constant state of change that affects people, structures and processes. We support both the university as a whole and individual organisational units in analysing their structural and procedural organisation and shaping it for the future. In doing so, we take care to achieve acceptance for change among employees.
The WueStudy team supports users of the University of Würzburg's campus management system and is the direct point of contact for questions about WueStudy and its use, as well as for suggestions for its further development. In addition, we ensure the technical mapping of study programmes up to their publication in the course catalogue and work closely with the faculties and specialist departments.
