    Milestones
    I have been self-employed since 1993 and ran my own company for many years. During this time, I gained experience in management as a managing director and found myself in many difficult situations, some of which were painful. Today, I know that these dilemmas are part of the challenges that managers constantly face.
    For over 15 years, I have been supporting individuals and organizations in coaching, team, and organizational development processes with issues arising from professional and private contexts.

    My most important maps
    The cornerstones of my work are systemic and hypnosystemic concepts. The systemic approach (“Explore the contexts!”) takes into account the complex interactions that constantly arise in social situations. With the help of these maps, we gain new perspectives and more choices. 
    The hypnosystemic approach provides effective methods for getting in touch with our resources and thus regaining more joy. The hypnosystemic approach gives us methods for entering into a cooperative relationship with involuntary and sometimes unfavorable patterns within ourselves and changing them in a lasting way.
    As the founder of the first German “thinking club” (based on Dr. Edward de Bono's concept), I have spent years researching perception and thought processes.
    The concepts developed during this time support us in achieving a new freedom of perception and thought.
    Regular intervision and collegial audits are important components of my own quality assurance.
    Mindfulness meditation has been a part of my private life for many years. I have also been an enthusiastic musician since childhood.
