Annual Leave Entitlement of Staff Members Working Less Than 5 Days per Week
Annual Leave Entitlement
Beamte (civil servants) and employees falling under the collective agreement (employed either full time or part time) who work a 5-day week are entitled to 30 days' paid leave per year.
Provisions on the annual leave entitlement of employees who do not fall under the collective agreement are set out in the Bundesurlaubsgesetz (Federal Annual Leave Act, BUrlG).
