The Central Student Advisory Service

The Central Student Advisory Service provides information, help and advice on all questions relating to studying and problems during your studies. We provide information and support on topics such as

choice of degree programme
Subject combinations
study application
enrolment
timetabling
Change of subject
Double degree programme
Second degree programme

and much more.

Our services are aimed at pupils, school leavers, students, parents and guest students of all ages.

The University of Würzburg's telephone hotline answers initial questions about all areas of study and the university's facilities.

Consultation hour

For an individual consultation either on site, by video call or by phone, please make an appointment, which you can book online via our app or by calling our office.

The Central Student Advisory Service will be closed from 24.12.2025 to 7.1.2026!
It will not be possible to reply to emails during this period.
The telephone hotline will also not be available.

From 7 January 2026, we will be available again in person, by e-mail, telephone or video conference.
