In the 2026/27 winter term, the lecture series will focus on the themes of education, engagement and participation.

There will be an opportunity for an informal discussion over a light lunch afterwards.

Target audience:
Students from all disciplines, PhD students, academic staff and anyone else interested are warmly welcome.

  • 12 November 2026 Pub Quiz organised by THWS and JMU “Climate Check : Know. Guess. Win.”

Put your knowledge of climate, sustainability and Würzburg to the test. At the Climate Pub Quiz, you can look forward to a variety of question rounds, estimation tasks and small interactive challenges – test your knowledge of climate and sustainability, discover exciting facts about the campus and the region, debunk climate myths and get to know well-known figures from the sustainability movement. The quiz is played in teams, with the focus on having fun, and of course there are small prizes waiting for the top climate experts.
