In order to actively prevent conflicts, the University of Würzburg's conflict management team offers all employees a range of services related to successful communication and conflict prevention.
Managers bear a particular responsibility for ensuring a good working atmosphere. Recognizing and resolving conflicts is an important management task. To support them in this, there are services specifically for managers.
The conflict management lecture series is aimed at employees and managers who want to learn about current topics in a compact format, such as “Conflicts in hierarchies,” “Abuse of power,” “Remaining capable of acting in conflict,” and “Appreciative communication.”
