Conflict Counseling Center

Many conflicts can be resolved quickly with a courageous approach; they often turn out to be simple misunderstandings. Sometimes, however, you find yourself in a conflict situation whose complexity or emotionality is overwhelming.

As an independent contact point for employees and leaders, the Conflict Counseling Center informs and advises employees of the University of Würzburg on how to deal with conflicts.

What we offer

• Personal advice on dealing with conflicts
• Clarification of situations and support with next step
• Confidential, open-ended discussion
• Moderation of conflict discussions (in individual cases)
• Mediation of conflict moderation and coaching
• Support with prevention (e.g., communication, teamwork, leadership)
• Counseling also available for psychological stress

Counseling is always confidential. Counseling sessions are also available in English.
