Telephone Hotline

The University of Würzburg's telephone hotline answers initial questions about all areas of study and the university's facilities. Our focus is on clarifying concerns and answering questions from prospective and current students.
If you have any questions, for example about eligibility to study, application, enrolment, combination options, student ID, change of subject and much more, you have come to the right place. We are closely linked to the Central Student Advisory Service, the Registrar's Office, the Examinations Office and other departments; if you have more complex questions, we know the right contact person and can pass them on.

As an employee of the university, you are also welcome to ask us questions about the WueStudy campus management system; we are the first point of contact for the system and can help with questions about room bookings, event management, exam booking, etc.
