Note regarding theses:

You will have to incorporate the declaration of authorship in the electronic copy of your thesis and, in addition, will have to submit a printout of the declaration that bears your original handwritten signature. If you are submitting a printed and bound copy of your thesis in addition to the electronic copy, the declaration of authorship must be bound into that copy.
