CHARM-EU aims to encourage researchers and students to find applicable solutions to societal challenges. Entrepreneurship education plays a central role here. For this reason, the alliance strives to network the start-up ecosystems of the CHARM regions and to develop joint offers. On the 21st of October 2024, the first pitching event CHARM-DEN took place as part of the CHARM-EU Alliance, which was developed together with the Gründerzentren in the Würzburg region. At the event, six start-ups from across Europe presented their ideas to address global challenges. From Würzburg the start-up D²-Denkfabrik Diversität by Dr. Julien Bobineau participated. As a jury member, Prof. Dr. Sascha Walter (Chair of Entrepreneurship and Strategy) represented the University Würzburg.
