Transfer of credits earned during study abroad
A transfer of credits earned abroad can be requested only once and must be requested immediately after the end of your study abroad period.
The Faculty of Management and Economics has introduced a new digital procedure for establishing, prior to your study abroad period, whether the credits from the courses you are planning to take will be eligible for transfer and for requesting this transfer.
If you want credits earned outside the Faculty (e.g. from language courses taken at the Language Centre) to be transferred outside this procedure, please email the Examination Office to let us know and use the form found here to request the transfer.
Transfer of credits earned in other degree programmes or at other universities
There is a centralised procedure for pairing students who want to write a thesis or seminar paper with a supervisor.
More information about this procedure, which is managed by the Office of the Dean of Studies, can be found here.
As soon as you have earned the 120 ECTS credits that are required for your degree, you can request your graduation documents using this form.
You will receive an email notification from the Examination Office when your documents are ready for you to collect.
