Unibund Announces Two Funding Lines
10/14/2025The Universitätsbund Würzburg is currently offering two funding programmes. They are aimed at researchers from all disciplines and female students of natural sciences.
The Universitätsbund is the society of friends and sponsors of the University of Würzburg. It provides financial support to researchers and students at the university. There are currently two funding programmes:
Annual funding in the normal procedure for projects totalling up to EUR 4,000 each from all scientific disciplines and all funding categories. A total of around 20,000 euros is expected to be available and the deadline for applications is 15 December 2025.

The Baron von Swaine Foundation will award a scholarship of 4,000 euros to a Würzburg student of natural sciences (biology, chemistry, physics) who is planning to study in the USA in 2026. The application deadline is 15 December 2025.
