10/20/2026

On 20 and 21 October, 60 leading companies, including adidas, EY, DRV, DB and Allianz, will be showcasing their organisations at study&stay. The event is open to students from all disciplines. Admission is free, and on 21 October, you can have your application photos taken for free!

On 20 and 21 October 2026, the study&stay careers fair will take place in the Canteen Campus Hubland Süd. Sixty companies will be showcasing their organisations there from 10 am to 4 pm on both days. The fair is aimed at students and graduates from all disciplines. Entry is free and no registration is required.

Over the course of two days, study&stay offers the opportunity to get to know companies in person, make contacts and find out about various career fields and entry-level opportunities. The exhibitors come from a wide range of sectors: global players such as adidas, EY and Allianz are represented, as are well-known insurers such as HUK-Coburg and leading transport and industrial companies such as Deutsche Bahn (DB) and Würth. Renowned organisations from the public sector, such as the Bavarian Police and the German Pension Insurance Fund, will also be in attendance. Consultancy firms and service providers such as d-fine, awo and Wittenstein, as well as specialists such as Labor LS, will also offer in-depth insights into work placements, part-time student roles, final-year projects and direct entry into the workforce.

Getting to know each other in person

Rather than simply finding out about job vacancies online, visitors can speak directly to company representatives, ask questions and learn more about career entry opportunities and day-to-day working life. This enables them to discover which companies and career paths suit their degree programme and interests.

“study&stay enables students to engage easily with companies and gain a personal impression of potential employers,” explains the organising team at the University of Würzburg GmbH. “This allows them to clarify questions about starting their careers directly and make initial contacts – without any formal pressure to apply.”

From CV checks to free application photos

The University of Würzburg’s Career Centre will also be on site, offering a free CV and application portfolio review. Students can have their application documents checked, receive specific suggestions for improvement and ask questions about their application profile.

On the second day of the fair, Wednesday 21 October, there will also be a free application photo shoot. Visitors can have a professional photo taken there for their application documents.

The study&stay careers fair is aimed at students from all disciplines and at all stages of their studies – from the initial stages of career planning right through to taking their first steps into the world of work. Whether it’s an internship, a part-time student job, a dissertation or a first permanent position: the fair offers the opportunity to explore different options and talk to companies about suitable entry routes.

The study&stay fair places great emphasis on personal interaction. Through direct conversation, students can clarify questions, gain insights into companies and make contacts that may prove helpful for their next career step.
