Marina Fleck has been employed in the administrative service of the JMU Vice President for Innovation and Knowledge Transfer since 16 February 2026.
Dr Moushakhi Ghosh, Inorganic Molecular Chemistry, received a Humboldt Research Fellowship for postdocs. Her host at JMU is Prof Dr Holger Braunschweig, Chemistry.
Prof. Dr Paata Ivanisvili, Fourier Analysis, University of California, Irvine, USA, received a Humboldt Research Fellowship for experienced researchers. The host at JMU is Prof Dr Stefanie Petermichl, Mathematics.
Bettina Klein was transferred to the University of Würzburg with effect from 1 February 2026 and assigned to Unit 4.1: Comprehensive Personnel Services of the central administration.
Dr Mengni Li, Partial Differential Equations, Southeast University, Nanjing, China, will join Prof. Dr Christian Klingenberg, Mathematics, with a Humboldt Research Fellowship for postdocs.
Dr Khazeber Ravichandran, Organic Molecular Chemistry, received a Humboldt Research Fellowship for postdocs. He is a guest of Prof Dr Frank Würthner, Chemistry.
Junior Professor Dr Tobias Wech, Institute of Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology, has declined an appointment at the Medical University of Innsbruck.
