Lunchtime talk with cabaret artist and author Teresa Reichl
05/12/2026In the lunchtime talks, guests from different areas of cultural education offer insights into their fields of work. On Monday, 18 May, cabaret artist Teresa Reichl will be coming to the University of Würzburg.
They offer a window into specific fields of work in cultural mediation as well as networking opportunities for a project or internship option: the lunchtime talks that the Chair of the Didactics of the German Language and Literature at the University of Würzburg has been organising for two years.
During the 90-minute sessions, cultural mediators provide insights into their fields of work and present career entry opportunities. The lunchtime talks are part of the additional qualification "Cultural Mediation" (Zusatzqualifikation "Kulturvermittlung"), but are also aimed at students of other subjects and anyone else who is interested.
On communicating literature in social media and criticising power
The series continues in the summer semester 2026: on Monday, 18 May 2026, Teresa Reichl, cabaret artist, author and podcaster, will hold a lunchtime talk on power criticism and cross-media literature mediation. The focus will be on two questions: How does literature mediation work on social media? How does feminist criticism of the literary canon find an audience?
The event will take place from 12.15 to 13.45 in practice room 9 of the Philosophy Building on Hubland Campus South. Anyone interested can attend without registration. The event will be held in German.
