ADHD at university poses particular challenges for many of those affected. An online lecture on Monday, 4 May 2026, will provide information and present strategies for dealing with the condition.

Difficulties concentrating, procrastination, stress during exams or problems with structure and time management - ADHD can lead to particular challenges, especially when studying.

The lecture "ADHD at university" provides an understandable insight into the topic and highlights typical difficulties in everyday student life. It explains how ADHD can affect learning, organisation and motivation and discusses possible solutions for dealing with ADHD at university.

The aim of the lecture is to provide a basic understanding of ADHD, especially in the context of studying, and to visualise typical challenges in everyday student life. In addition, practical strategies will be presented that can support students in organising their everyday study life with ADHD.

The lecture (in German) will take place in online format on Monday, 4 May 2026, from 14:00 to 15:30.

  • ...are able to categorise typical challenges in studying (e.g. procrastination, time management, concentration) in connection with ADHD.
  • ...learn practical strategies for structuring learning, tasks and examination phases.
