Corporate Design: New templates available for download
08/04/2026From letterheads to Zoom backgrounds: the Press Office’s corporate design section offers a wide range of templates. New additions to the range include email signatures, out-of-office messages for Outlook and templates for academic posters.
The Press and Public Relations Office at the University of Würzburg does more than just ensure the university’s visibility in the media; it also develops and maintains the university’s corporate identity. To support staff in their day-to-day work, new templates are now available for download in the corporate identity section.
New additions include sample templates for email signatures and out-of-office messages for Outlook. Templates for academic posters are also available.
These new resources help to ensure a consistent public image for the university and make it easier to create communication materials as part of day-to-day university life. All templates can be adapted to suit individual content and are available for download, as usual, in the Corporate Design section.
