- Due to building and public assembly regulations, events within closed rooms are currently only permitted up to a maximum of 200 visitors.

- For the area of the University at Hubland, such events must be registered and approved by the Technical Operations Service Centre. For events in the Central Chemistry Building, an "Application to hold an event in the Central Building of the Faculty of Chemistry and Pharmacy" must be submitted in advance to the Office of the Dean there.
