Company vehicles

Company vehicles from the University's vehicle pool can only be borrowed for purely official purposes. They may only be used by university employees with permanent employment contracts or by members of the elected Speakers' Council.

When collecting a company vehicle

- a valid driving licence and

- a valid business travel authorisation or authorisation for a business trip (employees).
