In this workshop, you’ll be able to systematically improve your presentation skills.
The following key areas will be covered:

• Linguistic structure of presentations and talks
• Posture and personal presentation
• Exercises on speaking technique, pace of speech and volume
• Verbal improvisation exercises
• Working with different text styles and formats, such as academic texts, newspaper articles, poems, ballads, short theatre scenes and material you bring along

Ms Miebach-Schrader studied German language and literature and theatre studies, and worked as an actress at several German theatres. She currently works as an editor and is responsible for press and public relations at an academic specialist publishing house in Würzburg.
