Communicating effectively – but how? Theory and practice with background knowledge from one of Europe's largest food retailers

Communication is an integral part of everyday life, both privately and professionally, from presentations to job interviews. It's not just about what is said, but also how it is said. How does appreciative communication work? How can questions be phrased positively? Of course, appearance and body language should not be neglected. What can the body “say” even when you are not speaking? This workshop will highlight the basics of communication and typical mistakes we can make.
The workshop is interactive. In addition to theoretical input, it will mainly focus on practical application and exercises.

The speaker, Yadel Atla-Schützeichel, is the training and development manager at Lidl in the Erlensee regional company. Designing and delivering training courses is her passion. She particularly enjoys communication training with managers and future managers. The link between theory and practice is important to her. Her enthusiasm for this topic is always evident in her seminars.
She joined Lidl in 2009 as a sales manager and led a team of 100 colleagues. She completed her studies in business administration in Fulda in 2003 and was subsequently offered a teaching position at Fulda University of Applied Sciences, where she taught business administration at the intermediate diploma level.
