Erfolgsfaktor Diplomatie - die Kunst, sich mit Fingerspitzen durchzuboxen

In business life, you inevitably come across dialogue situations with sometimes differing opinions or even hardened positions. The person you are talking to then appears to be unresponsive, dismissive or even aggressive. Trying to force your way through the wall inevitably increases resistance.
Diplomacy, on the other hand, helps parties to cultivate their relationships using peaceful and purposeful means and to treat the other party with respect without losing sight of their own needs.
It will enable participants to keep a cool head and manage conversations diplomatically, even in deadlocked situations. This will enable you to achieve faster and better results - with a lasting effect.
My workshops offer you and your team space and time to try out new ways of thinking, behaviour and communication techniques. You will learn how to assert yourself with tact and diplomacy, how to assert yourself and how to be successful in the long term. You will learn how to build bridges and set boundaries, depending on the context.

THE A-B-C OF DIPLOMACY

  • Mindfulness - being alert to yourself and others
  • Assertiveness - setting clear boundaries with a skilful "no"
  • Fairness - tough on the issue, soft on the person
  • Calmness - being able to control the emotions of all parties involved when provoked
  • Credibility - building trust through words and actions
  • Communication - clear and unambiguous
  • Change of perspective - being able to understand the point of view of others (sensitive dialogue partners)
  • Strategy - striving for a common denominator instead of trying to outsmart others
  • Tolerance - being able to deal constructively with differing opinions
  • Goal-orientation - finding solutions instead of looking for culprits
