You can set a clear direction for your career by recognising your potential and building on your personal strengths. In this seminar, you will complete various short self-assessment tests on your cognitive and social skills and plot your strengths on Johannes Erpenbeck’s quadrant competence model. You’ll also take a valid test on your personal characteristics, including your emotional resilience and your personal motivations. You’ll learn useful information about targeted impression management and emotional control to help you optimise your professional presentation as you enter the workforce.

Profile interpretation with career advice
Online sessions: 10 December from 5.00 pm to 7.00 pm and 14 December 2026 from 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm.
Following the seminar, the lecturer will offer two two-hour online consultations to interpret your competence profile from a career assessment perspective, taking into account the individual cognitive aptitudes, motivations and personality traits identified during the seminar. During the counselling session, she will highlight suitable degree programmes and career development opportunities for those interested, and provide advice on further career planning. To take part, you must register in good time and complete an MS Forms questionnaire regarding the results of the seminar day and your desired career path at least two days before the counselling session.
