Emotional intelligence (EI) is a key factor in our well-being, health and professional success. It enables us to recognise, understand and manage emotions in order to make informed decisions, optimise learning, build effective relationships and develop creative solutions. These skills are particularly important in a professional context, as they enable us to manage stress, resolve conflicts and stay focused in challenging situations.

In this workshop, participants will learn:

  • what emotional intelligence is and the role it plays in different areas of life
  • how they can consciously recognise and better understand their own emotions
  • how they can manage and regulate their emotions in a meaningful way to support their learning process and improve their performance
  • how they can use their emotions in a targeted way to foster their creativity and cope better with stress and challenges
  • strategies for improving interpersonal communication and relationship management in both personal and professional contexts
