Students of humanities subjects often approach the job search with low self-confidence. This is exacerbated by the fluctuating labour market forecasts.

The aim of this three-part, progressive workshop is to help you become aware of the specialist knowledge and key skills you have acquired during your studies, as well as outside university. Following a potential analysis – the best preparation for a job interview – you will compare your profile with job advertisements and suitable career fields to develop strategies for how to present this profile in applications, or identify areas where you can expand it or tailor it to specific professions.

• What does my skills profile look like?
• Where and using what strategy can I actually find suitable job vacancies?
• How do I position myself effectively when applying for a job?
• How do I prepare speculative applications?
