Virtual Exchange Climate Justice: From Inequality to Inclusion

In the Erasmus+ project Climate Virtual Exchange, you have the opportunity to contribute your knowledge about climate change and climate justice in an intercultural dialogue and to implement your own climate projects in small groups under guidance. The next round starts on 13 October. The registration deadline is 6 October.

The Erasmus+ project Climate Virtual Exchange aims to raise awareness of climate change and climate justice in Europe and the southern Mediterranean region. Universities from 14 countries support young people in an intercultural dialogue in which they can contribute and expand their knowledge of climate change and climate justice and implement their own climate projects in small groups under guidance.

The topic of climate justice is to be addressed with different focal points. The following are currently planned:

  • Introduction to the Climate Crisis and the Concept of Climate Justice
  • Climate Change and Inequality
  • Climate Justice Through a Personal Lens
  • Critical Lens on Climate Initiatives
  • Climate Crisis Strategies: Mitigation, Adaption and Resilience
  • Climate Communication and Advocacy
  • Power and Climate Action
  • Global Politics and Climate Policy
  • Your Climate Actions

For active and successful participation in this Virtual Exchange Programme, participants will receive a digital badge and a certificate of participation. It is also possible to earn 5 ECTS points in the ASQ and FÜG pool. If you would like to receive ECTS points, participation in an introductory and reflection session by the Career Centre is mandatory, as well as an examination.

The next Virtual Exchange Climate Justice: From Inequality to Inclusion will take place from 13 October - 19 December 2025.
