The DAAD (= German Academic Exchange Service) -funded International Virtual Academic Collaboration (IVAC)-initiative WueGlobal – Writing, Learning, Digital Connection operates at the intersection between written scientific discourse, practical foreign language use, cultural exchange and digital education, and is designed to give students of the University of Wuerzburg the opportunity to take part in various exchange formats with students and teachers from a multitude of different partner universities from around the world.

Our international project partners:

Université de Caen Normandy Caen (France), Flagler College Florid (USA), National Chung-Hsing University Taichung (Taiwan), Jamia Millia Islamia University Delhi (India), Jawaharlal Nehru University Delhi (India), Université Cheikh Anta Diop de Dakar Dakar (Senegal), Samara National Research University Samara (Russia), University College Cork Cork (Ireland), and the University of Texas Austin (USA).

Participating institutions and initiatives at the Julius-Maximilian-University of Wuerzburg: The departments of English and American Studies, Romance Studies, and Slavic Studies under the umbrella of the Neo-Philological Institute For Modern Foreign Languages; the History,the Irish Studies,  the Environmental Humanities, and the Graduate School for Humanities.
