Psychodynamic and systemic (theoretical) essentials for a successful start to your career

Job, role, team, organization—when you start your career, everything is new: you quickly find yourself surrounded by (un)spoken expectations, demands, and rules that inevitably lead to tension and conflict: What can be expected of me, and what cannot? Which expectations do I want to fulfill, and which do I not? First, you have to find answers to these questions, then communicate them effectively and, if necessary, defend them.

A psychodynamic and systemic (theoretical) understanding of how we are integrated into roles in organizations and what expectations, areas of tension, and conflicts are associated with them can help us with this. We work out how we can manage this well psychologically and communicatively in order to find our way into our (future) roles and develop further in them.
