Doctoral Day at the University of Würzburg

Welcome to Würzburg’s first Doctoral Day! On May 13^th, we are celebrating the EU Doctoral Day for the first time together with universities all across Europe. Doctoral candidates are at the heart of our research and will go on to take on significant roles in our society and economy.

On our Doctoral Day, we invite master students and our current doctoral candidates to join us for a day of exchange and networking. We will provide you with information on pursuing a PhD in Germany and specifically at Würzburg University. Our current doctoral researchers are invited for a day of information, exchange and networking on topics like teaching, publishing or mental health. A career session on different career paths will conclude our Doctoral Day with insights from current doctoral candidates, postdocs and alumni.
