The seminar is aimed particularly at people who are relatively new to teaching and want to systematically develop their teaching practice.
Topics:
- Feedback and evaluation in teaching
- Reflective practices and their implementation
- Self-perception and external perception
Methodology: The seminar combines short theoretical inputs with interactive elements. Participants engage in hands-on exercises, group discussions, peer exchange, and individual reflection.
