Participation and payment conditions
- It is mandatory to activate your microphone and camera in online seminars.

Please note that following the regulations of the German Association for Educational and Academic Staff Development in Higher Education (DGHD), we can only certify your attendance if you were present for at least 75 % of the duration of the seminar. For example, for a training course of 12 AE (work units), this means that at least 9 AE are mandatory.
Possible deduction of work units (AE): 1 AE each as of 30 minutes absence with 45 minutes per AE.
Payment conditions:
- You may cancel your booking free of charge up to and including eight days before the scheduled seminar date. If you cancel after this deadline, the full course fee will still apply unless you nominate a substitute participant to attend in your place. If you are unable to attend the workshop, please notify us by email as soon as possible.
- An invoice will be issued and sent to you by email following the seminar or, where applicable, after the deadline for submission of the reflective assignment has expired.
- Payment may be made by any of the following methods:
- Bank transfer
- ePayBayern (MasterCard, Visa, Direct Debit, or PayPal)
- In the event of illness preventing attendance, a medical certificate may be submitted by email (as a scanned copy or photograph) within three days of the seminar date. Upon receipt of a valid medical certificate, the course fee will be refunded in full.
