A first leadership position implicates new responsibilities and challenges. Often the change of role from employee to manager - despite previous career planning - is perceived as unprepared. Suddenly you see yourself facing new demands from many sides - from superiors, employees and ultimately your own requirements. Clarity about one's own role and the right inner attitude are basic prerequisites for a trusting cooperation with employees.
What is leadership and what tasks and role expectations does it entail? How do I balance the leadership of my employees, the leadership of my supervisor and my self-management? Which guiding questions help me to find my way in my first 100 days and which methodical approaches are there? We will highlight these questions in a short lecture.
The lecture will take place at lunchtime – therefore we invite you to a small cold lunch during the lecture in a relaxed atmosphere, so that you can start the rest of the day strengthened and with new inputs.
