From May 29 to June 2, 2024, the Forum Africa Centre will once again be represented with the university tent at Europe's largest and oldest festival for African music and culture.

At the end of May, the University of Würzburg and the Forum Africa Centre were represented with the university tent at the Africa Festival 2023 in Würzburg. There, the Forum Africa Centre presented a poster exhibition on three Africa-related projects at the University of Würzburg.

The Julius-Maximilians-University of Würzburg was pleased to welcome H.E. Ambassador Stone Sizani from South Africa on May 27, 2023 at Sanderring to the photo exhibition on Nelson Mandela. He was accompanied by the singer Thabilé, who received the Festival Award at the opening of the Africa festival the day before.
