After completing her studies, Lorena was able to perfectly combine her love of dogs and social media. As Content Marketing Manager at Josera petfood GmbH, she markets pet food via various social media channels and produces video and image material of dogs. She has taken advantage of numerous opportunities along the way: Through internships, a working student position, guest lectures, further training in her spare time and the university job fair, the medical communication student learnt about many areas in preparation for working life.

After graduating, Anna worked as Junior Communications Manager at Jazzunique GmbH. Her tasks include the planning and realisation of brand appearances, social media and community management as well as the conception of new brands and campaigns. Before and during her bachelor's degree in media communication, she gained experience through internships, a working student job and training as a media designer.

After graduating, Anja lives by her motto as a scientific project coordinator: "Small changes, big differences!"

She recommends thinking outside the box right from the start and trying out different things. Anja did exactly the same and was able to find her calling after completing her Master's degree in Business Management. Today, she works at the Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Engineering and Automation (IPA), where her responsibilities include branding and communication strategies.

After completing her studies, Cornelia now runs an adult education centre - at the age of 27! Her diverse areas of responsibility include quality management, press relations and programme planning. Her Bachelor's degree in Political and Social Studies (PSS) and her Master's degree in Educational Science prepared her perfectly for this. Cornelia has also taken advantage of many additional programmes offered by the university.

After graduating, Ricarda became a successful podcaster and comedy author. She proves that a degree in humanities and a career are very much possible. She was even nominated for the German Comedy Award in 2020! Ricarda studied Political and Social Studies (PSS) with us. She then worked for six years as a consultant in corporate communications. At the beginning of 2020, she changed direction and started her own business. ⠀

Daniela Reichel ist Coach und Trainerin, spezialisiert auf Eignungsdiagnostik und Personalauswahl, Kommunikations- und Verhaltenstraining, Persönlichkeitsentwicklung, Konflikt- und Stressmanagement. Seit 1997 arbeitet sie als Kommunikations-und Verhaltenstrainerin mit den Schwerpunkten Impression Management, Business Knigge, Persönlichkeitspsychologie, Emotionale Intelligenz, Körpersprache, Führungs-Kommunikation, Stressprävention und Burnout Prophylaxe.

Sylwia Bialas ist selbständige Sängerin, Komponistin, Produzentin, Bandleaderin, Texterin und Coach. Seit Ihrem Studium in Jazzgesang und "Digitaler Musikproduktion" geht Sie Ihrer Leidenschaft zur Musik nach und bietet im Rahmen Ihrer Ausbildung Workshops im Bereich Stimmbildung und Atemtechnik an. Als Coach liegen Ihr vor allem die Themen Empathie, Selbstreflektion und ein gesundes Selbstwertgefühl am Herzen.

Die promovierte Sprachwissenschaftlerin ist seit 2011 bei der Carl Zeiss AG für die externe Kommunikation zuständig. Davor leitete sie den Bereich Veranstaltungen und Sonderpublikationen in der Geschäftssparte Automedien bei der Vogel Business Media GmbH & Co. KG. Wenn sie die Gelegenheit dazu hätte, würde sie heute aber auch gerne einmal ein Praktikum bei einem Winzer machen.

Der Inhouse-Consultant für Marketing und Vertrieb bei Siemens ist mit seinem Archäologiestudium ein Quereinsteiger par excellence. Er sieht eine Kombination von persönlichen Interessen mit Schlüsselkompetenzen als essentiell für Geisteswissenschaftler. Eine sorgfältige Planung der Studienfinanzierung und die Suche nach einer berufsperspektivisch geeigneten Nische sollten aus seiner Sicht eher früh als spät erfolgen.

Der Dipl.-Wirtschaftsingenieur und Master of Engineering ist Berater und Trainer in den Bereichen Qualitätsmanagement, Business Excellence und Organisationsentwicklung. An der Uni Würzburg gibt er Seminare zu den Themen Moderne Managementmethoden und Sicheres Auftreten.

Bei der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (giz) ist Frank Seifarth für das Personalressourcenmanagement tätig. An der Uni Würzburg stellte er Karrierewege in der internationalen Entwicklungszusammenarbeit im Rahmen der Ringvorlesung "Perspektiven für GeisteswissenschaftlerInnen" vor.

Die seit 1998 selbstständig tätige Kommunikations-Trainerin und Coach mit der Spezialisierung auf "Image-Consulting" lernte schon in ihrer Kindheit im familieneigenen Hotel- und Restaurantbetrieb, wie wichtig wertschätzende Kommunikation im Dienstleistungssektor ist. Zusätzlich zu ihrem Seminar- und Beratungsangebot ist sie seit 1994 Inhaberin des Coburger Instituts "Outfit Image Etikette".

Sein Staatsexamen in Gymnasiallehramt mit den Fächern Englisch und Sozialkunde ergänzte Andreas Pohlmann mit einem Magister in BWL und Englisch. Heute ist er im Bereich Personalplanung und -einsatz International bei Bosch Rexroth tätig.
